PHASE 1 INSPIRATION

Veteran remodelers wanted to do a brand new house from scratch. On an ideally located lot on a secluded lake bay, they dreamed of an “all in one“ city house, cabin & vacation home that would accomodate their family’s lifestyle, in all seasons, for the next 10 years.

 PHASE 2 DESIGN

The number one directive was for the house to effortlessly accommodate a varied domestic and social agenda. Within a plan reflecting modern residential practices and expectations, all elements should be solid and low maintenance, indoors and outside.

 PHASE 3 LIFESTYLE

The house exuberantly addresses the lake in all seasons, reflecting the family’s love of outdoor activities, from summertime volleyball to backyard ice hockey. The indoor program is driven by their love of entertaining family and friends, from intimate gatherings to large groups.
