BRITTNY IVERSON
Drafting and Design Associate
Brittny was in middle school when her family built a new home. Hanging around the construction site piqued her interest in home design, and she carried that enthusiasm with her into earning a degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating from Dunwoody College in 2013. Brittny’s passion for architecture is BIM modeling and the beauty of construction and she’s enjoyed a nine-year career in this field. While at Chisel, she embraces learning opportunities and is self-taught in many areas including Revit & ArchiCAD.
A Fargo native, she’s no stranger to hockey. She still loves to play and spectate. A new mom as of last June, she, her husband, and their chocolate and yellow labs, make time for fun and family with outdoor adventures and camping.
AUDREY CRANDELL
Architectural Draftsperson
Audrey is a graduate of North Dakota State University who enjoys working with Chisel’s close-knit team to draw and detail structural elements of residential buildings. She starts with any project’s most extreme rendition and refines it to its most important elements. This approach produces the most impactful design for the client and is aligned with the Pattern of Life™ process.
Artistic by nature, Audrey loves tending to orchids. She sources them from her mother’s garden where the flowers gifted to her mother always need rescuing. With a healthy dose of compassion, she brings them back to life. Audrey also enjoys building ceramic sculpture figurines. She says that when you’re lost in an activity it’s a good thing. Whole-family healing after a tragic loss of a loved one has led Audrey to advocacy and support of NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
